From John Deere Road/ I 74 West Exit (Moline, IL)
1. Turn onto 16th Street (look for Miss Mamies Restaurant on one corner and auto dealerships on other)
2. Go up the hill and look on the left for green and yellow Schmall Chiropractic and Physical Rehab sign (the office is across from the Mazda dealership, 2 buildings before Walgreens)
You may park behind our building or in the Advanced Dermatology parking lot adjacent to the office
